How To Participate
First, contact our Planned Giving Counselor at 407-682-0808 to arrange an hour-long meeting at our office, your office or your home, whichever is most convenient.
At this meeting, you will answer questions that concern what you own, how you own it, and to whom you want it to go. We will discuss various ways you can accomplish your goals, and provide you with the information you need to consider before making many of these important decisions. All the information you share is strictly confidential.
We will then help you form an estate plan summary to take to your attorney. After your Will or Living Trust has been signed, you will have a document that reduces or eliminates Federal Estate Taxes and probate fees, provides for a smooth transition of your estate to those you wish to remember and gives you the peace of mind that you have accomplished your goals.
